It works well under vmware server on ubuntu. Min 1.5gig ram to the guest os.

I'm running CUCM-BE 6.0 on my laptop, IBM T60 3GB of RAM, it does ok.
ccmadmin is slow but useable. Unfortnately thats workstation also, I've not
tried Player yets...
