[cisco-voip] Files not backed up by BARS

Last I looked (awhile ago), BARS backed up all the files in the
TFTTPath folders and stuck them in the tarball including any extra
non-CCM stuff you may have stuck there (IOS images, pictures of your
dog, etc).
