[cisco-voip] Unity Connection 2.0 Listen to VM want to forward by extension not dial-by-name

After listening to a message in Unity Connection 2.0 I wish to enter a extension to forward a message to, instead the system requires I dial-by-name the extension I want to forward the message to.
 
Can't I just enter a extension? Service setting somewhere?
