[cisco-voip] IVR prompt through call manager

Configure the VRU scripts in CRS server and use a JTAPI trigger.  In 
CallManager, the DN that gets used as the JTAPI trigger will be a CTI 
route point.

Take all calls that come into the 2811 on the analog ports in 
callmanager and somehow direct them towards that CTI route point.  This 
can be handled a number of ways
-Have the CTI route point match the DNIS digits the telco sends you over 
the analog line.  Make sure the CTI route point is in a partition that 
is part of the CSS for the analog lines
-Put translation patterns with a blank called number into a partition by 
themselves.  Set the destination pattern to be the CTI route point that 
starts the VRU scripts.  Make sure the partition with the single 
translation pattern is in the CSS of the analog ports (basically a PLAR 
setup leading to the IVR)

there are a handful of additional ways this could be done...
