In these cases it would be to the best interest of all parties to
explain the differences between the two products to the customer prior
to installing. Making them aware of the differences will reduce the
pains when you move to CCM. I would also suggest that you leave
features unconfigured that do not map.

The issue here is that some people want to go with CME for smaller
installations and then "upgrade" to full blown version when WAN
connectivity
is there, more users, etc.
Having features available in the SMB version that are not available in
the
full version make this transition difficult.
They should at least plan to have them available.
