[cisco-voip] Need info on Mexico Dial Plan

Here is what I've used for areas of Mexico such as Mexico city that
use two digit area codes followed by 8 digit subscriber numbers.
Other areas of mexico use three digit area codes followed by 7 digit
subscriber numbers and you would need to tweak the local route pattern
accordingly.


9.06X - This is emergency services (911)
9.00!# - this is International
9.01XXXXXXXXXX - this is long distance
9.044XXXXXXXXXX - this is toll charge to local cellphone
9.045XXXXXXXXXX - this is toll charge to long distance cellphone
9.[1-9]XXXXXXX - this is local call
9.040 - this is information (411)
