[cisco-voip] Calling spam

Am I the only one who seems to get Voice mail spam?

I keep getting recordings of lower your mortgage or credit card.  blankety
blank spammers are relentless. and to add to it they don't send caller id so
I can't block it.

Is anyone having the issue?  and if so, what are you doing about it?

I'm temped to send all "no caller id" calls to hang up or to some AA.  Any
ideas?  unfortunately my CIO's cell is showing up as no Caller ID also.
