[cisco-voip] Access Code when Pressing Services Button

You could change the services URL (System -> Enterprise Parameters -> 
URL Services) to point to a page that you wrote that would prompt for an 
access code/pin.  From there you could forward the user to the default 
services URL (http://publisher/CCMCIP/getservicesmenu.asp)
