set a empty ' null greeting message' on first CH then set after message rule attempt to transfer to another CH (xfer-out or something).

Then set xfer-out to ring subscriber first and enter your dial pattern.

Is there a way to transfer a call in Unity WITHOUT prompting the user for
input.

e.g. Play Call handler Greeting,->user does not enter an extension-> auto
transfer to a Route Point. I know this can be done with caller input but
I want to see if I can just send it without user intervention.

For those that have setup CER, What do you use for the default ERL?

I have a 13 site School district and one VGW that everything is going out.

according to the doc's this default gets used when no other ERL is used or
after a reboot until all the switch ports are updated.

Do you just put the School district name and location "unknown" I don't see
this being used but I just want to cover my backside.

Thanks

Scott

I can not advise you on what to use.But be aware that if the assigned
ERL is not available, destination can not be reached for whatever
reason, the default ERL will be attempted!

Mike

It will take two call handlers, the first is programmed to do after greeting, attempt transfer to the second call handler.

Is it possible to configure callmanager 5.x to use different tcp ports
for ccmadmin and ccmuser web pages? I would like to implement access
control to limit what IPs can access ccmadmin (and os admin) web pages.

I usually use the Security Desk DID Number as the default ERL.
