More information needed....are you using DIDs? Are you using an  
Auto-attendant?

If you are using DIDs, then you can use a translation that sends the  
DID to the voicemail box directly. You have to set up the direct to  
voicemail box CTI route point and mailbox mask first.

If you are using Unity auto-attendant then simply set the transfer to  
go to voicemail.

If you are using CallManager AA (IPCCx) then that might pose a  
problem....not sure how you could do that. Perhaps use different  
calling search space and partitions, but that would be cumbersome.
