[cisco-voip] SD BLF on CCM 4.2(3) is it possible?

Jordi,

You cannot configure SD BLF's in callmanager 4. I believe there are BLFs for
call park but not for regular speed dial buttons (correct me if i'm wrong
someone). For BLF speed dials you need call manager 5 or above.

You can make a shared line appearance of the line you want to monitor and
that will allow you to see the line state. Or setup attendant console, that
works well for busy receptionists/operators. We had some resistance at first
to that option since it's a PC application, but once they started using it
they loved it.
