[cisco-voip] IP Communicator 2.1.1.0 Crashes / Locks up?

I recently upgraded to Cisco IP Communicator 2.1.1.0 released May
16th, 2007 with the CDP Driver Version 2.0.1.02 and Voice Engine
Version 2.4.0

CallManager is running 4.1(3)sr4d

I am now running into an issue when I press the EndCall softkey within
IP Communicator.

I can take a call, or make a call and things seem to work fine. Then
I press the EndCall button when I am done and well the callends but
the line still shows as being on an active call. The timer keeps
counting up. The line button is green and shows as off hook.

Eventually after a couple of minutes it will say "CM down, features disabled"

I hit the X to close it and well it says "Resetting" but does not go
away or close.

At this point I am stuck, I have to try numerous times to kill the
application via the windows task manager process which will eventually
kill it.

Anyone else experience this at some point or have any advice on best
way to try to figure out what could be the issue?
