[cisco-voip] Unity 5 language support

You'll have to get a newer copy of the media, the initial release was US 
English only and won't install other languages. They only just recently 
released the fully localized edition in the past few weeks or so. Looks 
like it is available on CCO as 5.0(1)ML.
