[cisco-voip] problem working with gcapture and ocapture in CManager 4.2.3

Hello,

i've got a Call Manager 4.2.3 working with a IPCC enterprise and i want to use the feature of the Ocapture and Gcapture to capture directly a call that rings in a group of users to a phone. i've got everything configured but when i try to capture it nothing happens.
Does anybody have /had the same problem ? how did you resolved it ?
