[cisco-voip] Going off-hook for some time generates a call

Hello,
we have a CCM 5.1(2) and we are suffering a weird problem.

We have a user (DN: 45762) who is complaining because she's receiving a lot of calls that are not addressed to her. We thought that maybe is one person from
outside who has her number and is calling her by mistake, but we have noticed in certain phones (in the same partition), that if you go off-hook and wait certain time, instead of listening to to the operator saying "Your call cannot be completed...", the phone makes a call to an "Unknown number" that is the number of this person who is receiving a big ammount of calls.

There's no blank translattion pattern, no route point, nothing, this DN is only assigned to that phone.

It seems like a hot dial behaviour, but we haven't configured anything like this...

Any idea of what could be going on?

Regards,

Ruben
