[cisco-voip] *extension transfer not working

Hello all--

I have CM 5.1.2 and have setup a RP to *extension to go directly to VM.  VM
is exchange 2007.  weather on net or off when I try to transfer to
*extension it disconnects.  but if I dial * extension directly it works just
fine.  Any ideas what I've done wrong?
