>From what I've heard it's like CallManager 2.x to 4.x upgrade! I would
use Unity Subscriber Information Dump to CSV file and build new Unity 5x
on new hardware and tell them they have to re-run enrollment and write
down any important voicemails. Create a new VM Profile and Pilot and
Ports, then cutover to new VM using BAT to change VM profile.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Unity 4.x - 5.x upgrade

Hello,

Has anyone here done a successfull Unity 4.x - 5.x integration ?

If so my question is VM only upgrade, can I use exmerge to backup the VM
and just import it back into Unity 5.x VM using exmerge again when I
have the same users ?
