Hi All,
I have client who using CCME with unity connection.
They don't want to forward general number calls to voice mail within
business hours (10:00 to 17:00) but it should go to the voice mail for
after business hours and holidays.
Is this possible to do with Unity connection schedule? Any
information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
