[cisco-voip] DC Directory Port on CallManager

I'm trying to read our LDAP directory on CallManager. Normally, LDAP runs on 389, but I can't find a port listening on 389. When I look at the properties of DC Directory administration, it comes up as port 102, however when I try to connect to port 102 it fails. 

I've tried connecting as anonymous and as Directory Manager, but still no go.

Any hints?
