Check the class of service associated to the user. Here there are settings for max recorded name length, max message length and max greeting length.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Problem with recording length for Call Handlergreetings in Unity 4.0

  Hi -

I'm trying to record an approximately 45 second greeting message in a call handler on Unity 4.0

The recording 'takes' for the 45 seconds or so needed --- but then when you click stop, the recording bar that had been ticking upwards for the number of seconds of time you'd recorded jumps back to the beginning (normal) and the time in seconds is truncated to exactly 30 seconds.

  Disk space is available:

  Disk Usage:

        Hard drive:
       C:\
       D:\
       M:\
       All

        Total space (MB):
       8188
       26518
       26518
       61224

        Used space (MB):
       4511
       26458
       26458
       57427

        Free space (MB):
       3677
       60
       60
       3797

Is that 60MB too small, or is there some other problem going on?

I cannot find 30 seconds mentioned anywhere as a default limit in the System Configuration >> Recording section

  Thanks, Tim
