[cisco-voip] Custom Softkeys?

Adam,

There is no way to define a custom soft key. This is a long requested
feature, but today the best you'll find is to tie a service URL to a
line button.

Take care,

Louis

Yeah I thought about that, but most people just don't like the idle url
very much.

Not the best answer, but it works. Sorta.

Is there any way to define custom softkeys? I would like
to have a Helpdsk softkey placed onto the "on hook" screen of every
phone. I know I could configure a speed dial, but it would be much more
efficient to just modify a softkey template and wouldn't take up a line
appearance button on the phone (some phones don't have a button
available).

		Thanks,
		Adam
