[cisco-voip] Custom Softkeys?

I thought CCM 6 adds Programmable Line keys? You may have to wait for it
to do exactly what you want -jason

Yeah I thought about that, but most people just don't like the idle url
very much.

	Is there any way to define custom softkeys? I would like to have
a Helpdsk softkey placed onto the "on hook" screen of every phone. I
know I could configure a speed dial, but it would be much more efficient
to just modify a softkey template and wouldn't take up a line appearance
button on the phone (some phones don't have a button available).
