that is not exaclty what I need, I need when a normal workin phone (with no call FWD) is unregistered maybe due to cable cut or a switch is down I need to fwd the calls only at this case, I think CFUR is the solution but not available in 4.1

That is possible.
When we do a migration from a PBX to CCM, we configure all the phones in CCM, and forward the calls to the PBX (MGCP on the gateway with h.323)
Many times the phones are not even out of the box yet. When the phone shows up on the desk, the end user or the tech can press the callforwardall soft key and the calls redirect to the IP phone.

All you need to do is go to the phone in CCM and then select the DN and then you change the call forward all to the # you want to use.
BUT you need to make sure that the number you want to forward is permitted in the CSS and Partition of the DN/phone..
Of course this means the end user can't do it unless they are setup

By default if the phone is not registered, it will automatically go to voicemail if configured.
Test it.. If it does not work, then there is another problem.

Hello all;

I am using CM 4.1(3) and I want to forward all voice calls to another extension or to voice mail when the phone is not registered with Callmanager, is it available?
