[cisco-voip] FAX Identification over extension to extension dialing

Seems I lose the FAX identifcation values when I fax extension to extension. When I transmit over PSTN the ID comes across properly. This is the name programmed into the fax machine that usually gets printed at the top.

It has nothing to do with the external calling mask, which have been the same, it's something to do with the call going over PSTN.

Any comments?
