[cisco-voip] MCS7825H3-K9-CMA2 no media for pre-loaded 5.1 servers

Seems it's a known issue at Cisco that MCS7825H3-K9-CMA2's (CallManager
5.1.2 pre-loaded) are shipping without software by accident, they hope
to remedy it. TAC can't send software. You have to contact Customer
Service at 800-553-6387, have the Sales Order number and request the
media be mailed.
