[cisco-voip] SFTP

I've found that its it bit finicky. 

I manually stop the service, launch the GUI make my changes to the
users, paths,etc.

Then exit the GUI, use windows task manager to ensure that it's truly
gone (I usually have to kill it here)

Then start the service

It's been working well for me if I follow that procedure.

for all those fine people that run FreeFTPd have you seen issues where
you install it as a service but it's only accessable by Callmanager when
the application is up on the desktop?  is there a work around for this?
