[cisco-voip] Attendant Console - Failed to do provider Login - No Call control

We are getting the following error. 

44[Thread-13]09/27 10:27:39.264 ERROR ACClientTelephonyMgr.init(): Failed to do provider Login. com.cisco.ac.common.ACException: Unable to create provider -- bad login or password.

ac user has deleted and password set to 12345. Reset the TCD and CTI Manager services.

we can login into DC Administrator and ccmuser with ac/12345.
