[cisco-voip] CME-AA using TCL Script

To my understanding, the aa-pilot parameter is the DN which the
auto-attendant application will answer on. Basically, you want to
direct inbound calls (either from your voice-ports directly via a PLAR
command or from other dial-peers) to the aa-pilot number as their
destination.
