We've used both Cistera and IPcelerate's IPstudio. Both work well.
Cistera's is probably a little better in regards to recording.

Subject: [cisco-voip] CUCM 4.2(3) Recording Calls
Is there any feature in Cisco Unified Call Manager 4.2(3) to record
calls ?
If not, is there a Cisco product that can do so, or any 3rd party
application?
Which ones are you using guys?
