[cisco-voip] XML Err [4]: Parse Error

Hi,

 

I'm trying to access the Personal Speed Dial Menu from a 7961 IP Phone
but I get the following error:

 

XML Err [4]: Parse Error

 

Any ideas?

 

I'm running Call Manager Express 4.2.
