In a high-availability config for IPCC you are absolutely going to
want two CTI Managers on CCM
Cores deployments of IPCC (on CCM) are only supported for TAPS and
Extended Functions, not for any real call center purposes.
Also...
You really do not want to do anything that might jeopardize support for IPCC....
