Hi JM,
Unified Operations Manager can do this for you, see

Subject: [cisco-voip] How to alert on PRI capacity?
Hey all,
I'm trying to find a way to set up an alert to notify me when my PRI fills
up. I've never found anything like this in CCM, but I'm guessing there's a
way to do it with SNMP (We use OpenNMS for monitoring). Essentially a
warning when the PRI is 90% full or an error when it's 100%.
Has anyone already attempted this before, or have any ideas on how to make
this a reality?
Currently using 2821's with T1 cards running MGCP.
Thanks,
JM
