Everything Nick mentioned is correct.  More specifically the DMA  
process you go through when doing the upgrade from 4.2 to 6.1 will  
generate the xml file you then upload to the cisco licensing page  
(www.cisco.com/go/license) to get your node and DLU license.

knowledge on these license issues hence any previous experience will  
be extremely appreciated.
