[cisco-voip] what's this file on my router?

As you have the capacity to rename files when you upload there was probably some fat fingers involved.
I you are uncertain just check the Checksum of that IOS version against the checksum on CCO to verify it is not corrupted. Otherwise delete and push again to the Router.

Maybe a engineering / interim IOS release? Are you using this image or
a newer IOS image?
