[cisco-voip] Call setup signaling/Call Flow

Is there a document somewhere on Cisco that actually

Shows the call signaling/call setup flow between:

 

-IP Phone to IP Phone

-IP Phone to MGCP Gatway

 

I can't find one and TAC has referred me to my SE.
