[cisco-voip] Call Pickup Groups Not Working

Has anyone seen a problem with Pickup Groups constantly having issues?  I had this in CM 3.3 and still do after a recent upgrade to CM 4.2.3. They just stop working and the only way to fix is reboot the system.
Has anyone seen this before?
