[cisco-voip] Dropped calls coming from FXO

Well routing calls over an ICT is very different than handling  
incoming calls from an H.323 controlled FXO port.  In general though  
it is quite possible for you to dial 4 digit extensions that route  
over an ICT but the caller ID on the other side shows as more than 4  
digits.

:-(  I still can't figure out what is going on with the FXOs!! I have  
changed all the timers and impedance and ....
only a few times the call gets answered!! The other times it just  
rings "half" a time and then it is dropped.
Maybe there is something going on with these 2 old Ericsson FCTs...
