[cisco-voip] t1 cas idle timer

Is it a T1 CAS? What kind of gateway is it in? What type of WIC is it
installed on?
I have just used the debug serial cmd and looked for the WINKUP and WINKDOWN
messages
I don't have a router in front of me now to test but I think it has worked
in the past...
