[cisco-voip] ISDN PRI Line Issue

Hi

I am still facing this issue.I even changed the voice gateway (from 3825 to
2821) and E1 PRI cards. After the transition thing went smooth for some time
(around 2-3 weeks) then suddenly this problem came back again (calls not
transfered to CCM IP-AA). I even tried different IOS releases but in vain.

It seems that call is properly recieved by voice gateway (check Q931 debugs)
but there is no communication b/w ccm and g/w (checked debug ip tcp
transaction) and there is no ISDN connect messgae for that call.  It seems
as if there is no one to pick up the call, however consecutive call are
recieved and transfered to IP-AA properly. This thing is although random but
happen more often when there are no incoming calls on the PRI. The systems
is operational for one than a year and customer started to complain for last
1-month.

Initially we had only 1-PRI but a few week back the second PRI was
operational but same problem appeared on second on as well.
Any Comments!!!!

Any one the forum have any idea regarding: ISDN Se0/0/0:15 SERROR:
process_pri_simple: NO name in GTD. I tried to search cisco website but
found nothing related.

Using 2821 router, CCM 4.2.3, IPCC Express 4.0.4, IOS SP 12.4(3g) (tried
12.4(8) Adv IP Srv. and 12.4(5a) Adv Ent on 3825)

Hi, I've the same problem, the error is ISDN Se0/0/0:15 SERROR:
process_pri_simple: NO name in GTD.

The problem affect only on incoming call from PSTN, not outgoing call.

Customer tell us the problem recurring from 10 days, the system is online
from 2years with no problem like that before.

Customer tell us that some incoming call experience One-Way audio. Called
ear voice, but caller don't.

I've contacted telephon company (Telecom Italia) that tell me no errors
detected on their system and that the problem is on my PBX.. :O((

We have reloaded CCM cluster, and voice gateway, nothing change!

The voice gateway is configured in H.323 mode, and is equipped with two
controller E1 PRI, but only one is used actually.

Do you think I an try to switch the Primary Trunk to the unused PRI port and
make some test?

Any idea?

several hits on that, but none that cause dropped calls.  how about some
more info.  Are you using h323 or mgcp d-ch backhaul?  what ios
version?  what does the full q931 debug show?
