[cisco-voip] Unity 5.0 with failover - Primary server message playback delay

Has anyone had issue with a Primary server introducing a ~20 sec delay on subscriber message playback delay (silence). This occurs only when Primary is active. The message eventually plays after a consistent 20sec delay. Failover to Secondary, same message plays straight away. 

These servers have 2 UCM cluster integrated.
Exchange is on second server. (Voicemail only)
I have checked the switch configuration and all appears to be set correctly.
