[cisco-voip] Installing 3.3(2) on a ICS 7750 and OS 2000.2.3

Makes sense, but it is locked down to server model... and if we are
talking about, what is in essence, a proprietary build of the OS (for
the ICS7750), and we have a downed system with a scratched disc, it
places those of us that still have customers with this equipment in a
tight spot.
Granted, it is the customer's fault the CD was gouged in this case,
but there has to be some recourse for us...
