[cisco-voip] Installing 3.3(2) on a ICS 7750 and OS 2000.2.3

Well, if you have a 3.3(2) backup file, you need same version to
restore from.  We ended up doing the 3.3(3) install thing and
configuring everything from scratch then upgrading to 3.3.5.
