I had the same message as you are getting while testing Unity 5 in my lab,
and the solution listed in the document solved it. Somehow, I ended up with
the MailbxStoreObjectId value being a NULL even though nothing had happened
that I was aware of, no restore of exchange.
If that doesn't help, then a TAC case is probably going to be needed.
