[cisco-voip] CUCM 5.1.X - timestamps in informix database

I am looking for a specific timestamp for a change in the database. I am
trying to proof that the pkid's of a phone button template somehow
switched (morphed). 

Running something like this in CLI:

admin:run sql select * from phonetemplate

will return a whole lot of information on all phone button templates
including a versiontimestamp which looks like something like this:
1207559703-aa30ae9e-c47b-4ad1-9090-80051854cee9

Is there a way to decode this into a time stamp and what would that time
stamp be?
Last change, last query from a phone... we have 6 divided hex codes up
there....
Or is there a nice and easy table holding references with proper dates?

The name implies that there is a mechanism of crosschecks, no?

If anybody would have any ideas...
