That's because an _ is an accepted character in NetBIOS names which is what
the computer name is. they were not trying to follow DNS standards. What I
don't think is correct is that you can't go from an _ in the name, use DMA
to export the information and then change then name during the upgrade
process. I think this was a TAC person that didn't do enough research and an
engineer that just accepted what the TAC person said as gospel. I would like
to see something that says you can't upgrade if you have a _ in the computer
name.
