Thanks Ryan for the help.
This is happening with only a bunch of phones, in 4.x I could get and open a
phone configuration file but I can't see that in 6.x. I will try the TFTP
commands to get the file.
Also If I upload a new phone load, would I see the files in TFTP file
management in 6.x
Regards,
Aman

Try to manually download the config file from your TFTP server. From a cmd
line 'tftp -i <host> GET SEP<macaddr>.cnf.xml.
Alternately get a sniffer capture of the phone registering and see if it can
get the tftp file, and if so what is in it.

I am also having the same issue with 6.0 , where I have phones not picking
up corporate directory and personal directory, Also on my phones they are
suppose to be registered with the sub as it's the primary in Callmanager
group but they always register to publisher. Subscriber server does not show
up on the phone under Callmanager configuration. I also restarted the TFTP
service but it didn't help.

Just restarted TFTP service which seems to have resolved the issue.
Thanks
