[cisco-voip] Unity Connection 2.1.1

I've got the ES via my tac case. Can anyone tell me if it can be directly
applied to my existing version or if an upgrade will be required? I've been
told I need to dowload and install and upgrade before the ES. I'm at:
Version 2.1.0.9901-362
