  Each phone's individual serial number can be found from the phone's GUI. (in the callmanager GUI from the PHONE CONFIGURATION page of a particular phone click on the IP ADDRESS of the registered phone).

  If you want something to scan your network and dump serial numbers, I believe Cisco has a "discovery tool" or "discovery dashboard" available to partners. I think it is more geared towards licensing, however, and I've never used it. Maybe one of the cisco affiliated users of this group can expound.
