There is a bug with some versions of MPE and CallManager 5.1. If you watch the axl logins you will see that it tries to send the password field in the axl request which results in an authentication failure, since obviously it only has the user id that the user entered and their pin. When I ran into the bug several months ago, the solution was an ES for CCM.

Hi has anyone had any issues with Meeting Place Express release 2.0.2.126 and CUCM 5.1?  I am trying to get the user's to login from the TUI using the pin numbers from the CUCM IMS, and it will not allow me to.  I can see the users and login via the web, but not the phone.  I can use Extension Mobility with the same pins successfully, if that helps.

I have read that the pins are not synch'd between MPE and CUCM, can someone advise please?
