I'd go for something that can do skinny and doesn't rely on CTI
event's...
Really depends on the version of CallManager you are on as well. But if
u r going to be stuck on v. 5.X for a while go for something that can
record on skinny.
CUCM Clusters on 45-H2's are limited to 10K CTI event's as well. So
depending on the size of your cluster you might find yourself in scaling
trouble, especially if you are also running ARC or comparable....
There are several vendors out there: Nice, Cybertech just to name two
